Shipments and returns
Orders are generally dispatched within 2-3 working days following receipt of payment. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as the postage cost itself.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected, however, in the event of any damage being found to products, please inform us within two days of receiving your parcel.
